Little bit about me....
Besides being an absolute hardcore fan of the guitar, I am also a full time professional fine artist-its hard to balance my time between the two but the art makes the money so........got to live! I also enjoy writing and am working on a graphic novel "World of WyndenWood".
If anyone's interested my website is www.tmrootfinearts.com - the website is in dire need of updating this year - just one of too many things I procrastinate on!
I was fortunate in that my initial instructions with the guitar with with a boyfriend who had been a very talented studio musician and he introduced me to the fingerstyle playing I love today. It was great at that time as I had lessons whenever I wanted! Now I'm teaching my 20 yr. old son so I guess I'm "paying it forward"! He's a lefty and I'm teaching him the right handed way so I hope he's able to pick it up.
I.m presently learning Flamenco - and boy do I feel like I'm beginning again! But I adore the music and am looking forward to lots of learning over the next year! Cheers! Tracy
